Kitchen fitted with 12v under counter fridge and freezer combo and a 4 hob gas oven. Hot water supplied from a dual coil calorifier connected to a new 5Kw Autothem diesel water heater (just been fitted) which also heats the central heating. Engine is an Isuzu 42hp 800 running hrs engine with twin alternators (15 hours run since last oil and filter change). Victron 3kW inverter and charger supplies power. 2 solar panels provide power to 3 leisure and 1 starter battery (with charger bridged). Compact washing machine under stern entrance stairway cabinet. Hoi Polloi has an Elsan toilet and a powerful self contained cubicle shower. The living room is newly carpeted and serviced by a lovely multi fuel heater in the front & a (free standing) king size fold down settee and two four drawer cabinets for clothes and additional storage. All internal lighting is LED. Both cratch and pram cover fitted with the latter recently installed so in great shape. Two cast iron tractor seat stools are a great addition for cruising giving extra space at the stern with the cover down in nice weather. A full out of water structural survey was done by Barry Burnell in August 2023 and any minor defects highlighted were rectified in Sept 2023. The boat was fully blacked at the end of Sept 2023 and 6 additional new anodes were installed. The boat has a safety certificate until 2026.
